1. FRENCH TOAST

I used the recipe from my favorite cookbook (its a kids cookbook Ive had since I was…..well, a kid). Its the cookbook I use to make my peanut butter cookies and snickerdoodles too. I used the farm fresh eggs I got from my co-worker Mark and our french toast breakfast turned out great. Im sure there’s a copyright infringement here, but I’ll give you the recipe anyway….

    2 eggs (beaten)

    1/2 cup milk

    A dash of cinnamon

    4 slices of bread

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and dip the bread in them, then fry on medium heat. It helps to throw a tsp of butter into the pan before the first piece of bread and of course you should definitely spread butter on each piece after it’s done (because butter is yummy!!) Sometimes we put a dash of orange or vanilla extract in the mixture for taste which makes for something different…just don’t add too much. When it comes to cinnamon and extracts, a little really goes a long way. So……are you hungry yet?
